I waited a few weeks to tell my family since we were visiting at Thanksgiving and it felt like forever, those few weeks, because I'm a whiner and I couldn't even whine to my mom or I'd raise suspicion! haha

I think it also feels longer because we found out much sooner than last time. However, having a one year old makes the time pass a little faster. At the same time that I want baby here already, I really am happy to wait for now. Especially after having woken once to pee last night and once to calm my one year old (who usually doesn't wake up), I am remembering how much I don't like getting up 6 times a night to nurse. haha

Also, I know a TON of pregnant ladies in my neighborhood (like 12) and I'm on the tail end, so that may make this feel even longer. :P

im hearing u there, i 2 announced mine in june then had a miscarriage in july, n im the same with every pain, i was holding off but a few people were wondering why they havn't seen me (morning sickness) n i found that telling people now actually helped me n is helping me get through the first trimester, wish it was going quicker though, try not to stress too much, i was stressing to the max for the first scan n when i saw the heartrate was 146bpm i was so relieved, i hope u r feeling better as i know this was posted on the 26th of last mth......let me know how u r doing?

I'm only 6 weeks tomorrow, and have told everyone I know! If something bad happens, I want lots of support, so I figure, rain or shine, everyone is there for me.

I could have this baby tomorrow! Cot's there from Charlotte, change table and nappies all still there, and if it's a girl, I won't even have to buy any clothes.

Only thing I need to get is a bigger car seat for Charlotte to take her through to the end of her seat needs. Bub will go into her seat, it's a From Birth one.

YES!!! I feel the exact same way! We're planning to tell around x'mas too, I just can't wait!!
Someone at work already commented that I look like I've gained weight...
