I'm 35 weeks and have been having so much pain especially during the night. I get up for a pee and can hardly walk and my bones a cracking =( I've read it may just be my ligaments relaxing within my pelvis but I can't help but be concerned.

OMG Every single day and night since I was 33 weeks along!!!! Still have no relief and I'm 40 weeks along now.. Tomorrow is my due date however no signs of letting up... But I've had days where I get up and I just wanna cry and I can't move and I can't breath... I feel like a 90 year old penguin... what I did learn was... one way that kind of helped me to help the pain was getting on my hands and knees on my bed and spreading my legs (kind of like getting ready to have sex in that position..) and stayed like that for a few minutes.. at least til me knees couldn't take it anymore... basically stretching it out.. as much as I can.... it helped a little bit... Enough to be able to move around in the house... Other then that there is nothing more u can do.... besides the pillows inbetween the legs and stretching out and even have the hubby or someone rub your hips and your inner thighs (OMG IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOD! the Inner thighs) and have the hubby or someone help you stretch out as well... But good luck to ya!! Hope you find something cause I'm still searching... and if you do PLEASE tell us! lol

Oh, I'm the same way! I have to practically crawl to the bathroom when I first get up in the morning. And I've just been put on bedrest due to to hypertension, so spending all day laying on my side is making it so much worse. Yesterday, I was in the hospital for monitoring for two hours, and that hard bed made my hips hurt so bad, I could not get myself dressed afterward. My husband had to help me put on my pants.

very normal- luckily only a month to go! Try stretching, but it kinda just stinks for a while.
