Anyone else have one that's fiercly independent. We're really having to work hard on using polite words as everything out of his little mouth seems to be rude, sigh. My June '05 baby is named Will :)

That is the Gemini in all of them right? My daughter is EXACTLY the same. "I will do it!" until she's feeling lazy and then it's "I can't I'm just a little girl mommy". That is when I walk away and refuse to help her and she eventually gets it done.

Yes, yes and yes! My daughter often act like a baby , it is really cute. I can not know when she is a big girl or too little to do stuff. All about her moods. It is funny to see, that they all are acting same way.

my son plays the baby card when he wants to too. It is too cute, he'll actually curl up in my arms and say "mama" like a little baby, so I make him feel silly and say okay baby needs a bottle. Drink your milk baby. He then responds with "I'm a big boy"

Haha. My son does that too...want to do it all himself until he's not in the mood for something and then he says, "Mama, I can't do that. I'm too little."

I have one of those. My three year old wants to do everything by himself. Even if it takes him an hour to finish. (He was also born in June). Sometimes, when it's convenient, he can't do it because he is little.

Same here...sometimes I have thought that she might have some hearing problems, but she only thinks that she knows better...Hang on there! Sooner or later they will be teenagers and then it will be a lot easier!! ; D

my son is very independent and very stubborn as well. He wants to do EVERYTHING himself, and when you try to explain that he is doing something incorrectly he adamantly tells you he is not. uuugh
