my four year old will go to bed fine stay there till four or five in the morning but always sneaks in to my bed . i dont even notice her doing it anymore,how can i get to stay all nite in her own bed.

my 4 yr old boy d very same. will go 2 bed no problem, but without a doubt, come 2 or 3 am,he will be into our room. i bring him back out but i usually end up falling asleep beside him cos i do be up at 6am for work. he has a really bad habit of needeing 2 curl my hair.
