hi.my first baby was 7 hours,but as i had an epidural,so when i was fully open, i had to wait for another 2 hours and then start pushing.maddox was born afer 3 push.my second baby,tyler, was different story.pain wasn`t too bad,so i went to hospital after my water broke.he was born half hour later without any pain killers!!

so,don`t worry, your second baby is deffinetly going to by born very fast.as soon as your water break,go to the hospital as there is not going to be much time left.

My son was only 4 hours and my daughter was about the same. I knw my after pains after my daughter where really bad.

1 - 4.5 hours of labour, three pushes

2 - 3.25 hours oflabour .5 hour pushing

3 - 6 hours a few pushes

4 - 2.5 hours one push

I was in labor with my first for 13 hours. I went in at 4 pm two days before i was due (mothers day) and didnt have her until 5 am the next day!!! I pushed for and hour. My second one I had to be induced, she was a week late. The induced me at 1030 am and i had her by at 705 pm that night. with only 10 min of pushing.

I am so jealous of your birth story!!! I was also induced, but did not go nearly that fast! I was in labor for 28 hours and pushed for a solid 3 1/2 hours! I ended up getting an epidoural after 21 hours and that was a life saver! I have a very small pelvic opening and Magnolia (my daughter) was a very big baby with a very large head. (She is still over the 100% mark for head size!) I am hoping that if I get pregnant again it goes much faster! Good thing they are so cute and wonderful... makes it all worth it! wow....that was very quick for your first!!!!! i had to be induced as well and my contractions also came in very strong and fast but after 17 hours of it, i had to have an emergency c-section. Maybe because your first one came so fast, your second one may not...still quicker than normal but just not as quick! Good luck with your second birth...no matter how quick or slow it may be, enjoy it just the same!!!!!

Aww. My husband and I have full custody of his son and daughter, who are mine in every aspect except biological because biomom left. We also have our son together. We are hoping for a little girl to even it out, boy girl boy girl.

Congrats My son was born June 14th 2008. Were expecting a girl this time around which will give us 3 girls and one boy

My first child's birth was not to bad I was 2 weeks early I was in labor for 7 hours pushed for 22 minutes. My second he was 3 weeks early and I was in labor for 5 hours and pushed for 5 minutes and I'm expecting baby number 3 but they have scheduled a c-section for week 38 as well. I'm expecting baby number 3 May 11th. When is your baby due?
