Heat Rash

I've noticed on my daughter's tummy, back, shoulders, and upper legs that she has flat raised welts/bump kind of pink in color. She had these about 2 weeks ago as well. These have developed on days when we've been playing outside in the heat/humidity so I believe it is heat rash. I don't want to keep her cooped up inside but don't want her to get another round of rash. Any suggestions on preventative measures? Any suggestions on how to make her rash go away quicker? Thanks!

Thanks Megan! She has had problems with eczema in the winter and we've used hydrocortizone cream so I'll try that on it. Didn't think about allergy to that sunscreen. I'll try a different brand. Thanks!

To make the rash go away, the only thing that I have ever found that works is hydrocortizone cream. My daughter has very sensitive skin and had a rash that sounds just like your childs and that cream really helps. Also, if you're putting sunscreen on your daughter, she could have an allergy to that.
