My 10 1/2 month old will only drink her milk/formula when warmed up. I've tried to give her room temperature bottles and she will only swirl it around in her mouth then throw her bottle down. Even when she hasn't eaten in a long time. With milk coming in a month are there any tricks I can do to get her drinking cooler bottles? Then cold milk?

Have you tried using sippy cups with a slow flow? I think they associate warm milk with their bottles.. When i transitioned my girl i put the room temperature milk in sippy cups first or in a glass and let her have it.. it took awhile(2-3 weeks) but now she prefers to drink milk, juice & water cold with straws..

My daughter likes to take my drinks away from me. We started by giving her water in a straw. Tiny bits of water dropped into her mouth with a straw. She spit it out at first but after a few days she got used to it. Although babies may never like cold water they will drink water from a straw in time. She drinks milk from a straw now too.

Have you tried to decrease the warmth of the bottle by a little bit? That's what worked for my daughter. I would decrease the warmth and keep it at that for a few days and then decrease again, and again, and again until she would drink cold bottles. Hope this helps.

im in same boat as you, will porperly have to warm that milk up aswell...
