There are a couple of ways to do it...
Sneak them or just plainly give them it.
Sneaking them in is the easiest way...
Fruit/veggie juice
Yogurt with veggies in it (I used to buy them premade then my Walmart stopped carrying them.) I mix 1 2oz baby jar of verggies with one container of oh baby yogurt and another 2 oz of plain yogurt. Shake well in a sippy and serve.
I but a ton of different veggies and steam them and puree them. Then I put them in 1/4 cup servings and freeze them. I use the puree in so many thing. Here are just some staples in my house...
Cauliflour- I put either 1/2 -3/4 of a cup into the mashed potatoes.
Suash- I put 1/4 cup into my spaghetti sauce. Also to make some jucey burgers 1/4 cup into 1 pound or more of meat.
Peas- 1/4 cup into Mac n Cheese. If you have to let them put a dot of food coloring into it to change the color and make it look "cool."
Fresh(not steamed) zucchini peeled and pureed- 1/4 cup with 1 snack size apple sauce (sweetend if they are picky). I also make my own popsicles and add some into with cantalope or watermellon juice. Blend, fill, and freeze.
Meatloaf... ANY veggies can be hiddden there.
I also make spinach hamburgers... they turn green but make up something cool why they are.
There are tons of ways of sneaking veggies into their favorite foods.Just try to be creative. There alre also a ton of books in the library with things to cook with veggies in it.
Not the just give it to them...
They will reject almost everything at first but don't be scared, give it to them. Also if they see you having it our your plate they are more likely to eat it. Soups are always a good option. Add cheese, yes if they are smothered in cheese, they are more likely to be eaten. Dips and hand veggies, fun and portable.
What I did with my son is only offer veggies for a few nights in a row. If the only choice for dinner is veggies there is no other choice but to at least try them.
Experiment too, try a whole different selection of viggies...
Edamame, Leaks, Broccoli just act like it is perfectly normal to eat them.
My son has been an excelent eater. I hide where I can but he will eat regular veggies.
His favorites are okra (not fried) broccoli, and asparagus. He also loves sweet potato fries, I bake them in the oven.
Basically be fearless, try new things, make it fun!!!

How old is your baby? I mix a bit of fruit and formula with my babies and he likes it that way. Or some yogurt, just to sweeten it up.
