My son does the wierdest thing.does your baby do this?

My baby girl just started about a week ago sticking her fingers in her mouth and throwing up. The worst is when she does it when we are in the mall and I am pushing her in the stroller. I hope it stops soon too. Im reading your posts to get advice too!!! :)

Yeah, my "little" guy does it too - not to where he throws up, but he's just exploring. He recently discovered his nostrils too. ROFL.

yes my son keeps putting his fingers in his throat too.i just keep pulling his fingers out of his mouth telling him no ! i dont know what else to do also..this coment doesnt help you but just to say your sons not on his own for doing this , all the best..lol

Thank you for all your comments.Now i know i am not the only mom whos child does this.He doesn't do it as much but it just sounds so grose.i thought maybe at first he had a problem but i can see many more children do this.Now he stops sometimes when i ask him to but other times he laughs and does it again.I am hoping it is just a phase but i must say it a grose phase lol . My son has done that too. He gags him self (maybe threw up once or twice), coughs and then laughs. I thought it was a strange thing to do to yourself! In the past few days he hasn't done it!

Jadon likes to stick his fingers down his throat too. I have no idea why, my first son did it too and e just grew out of it. I guess its better to ignore te behaviour and he wll forget about it eventually.

Charlie makes himself throw up all the time. He's done it since he was about 8 months old. Generally it's around when he's eating. He used to do it constantly and now I see it maybe once a week or so. He lost interest quickly.

omg connor does the same thing anything he laughs he gets really bad hicups and coughs and hes been doing the finger thing for forever making himself throw up he just recently i guess grew outta it but its pretty normal i think

My daughter does the gagging thing too, but doesn't throw up, just gags and keeps doing it. Just a phase, I wouldn't worry, annoying as it is! haha

mine just started gagging himself a few weeks ago. He also started fake coughing. He never actually throws up, but he does stick his fingers too far in and gag, repeatedly. I think he's just exploring his body. Probably just a phase, I wouldn't worry about it.
