My 3 yr old Daughter is going threw a stage with not eating, and its Driving me crazy! She'll eat the lil snacks, bananna's and fruits but will not eat breakfast, lunch or dinner, just snacks. Is that normal and just a phase?

Yes, perfectlly normal. It expecially peaks after a growth spurt, I bairly can get anyhting in my son. Normally though he is an excellent eater. For your daughter try "shakes" and "smoothies." You can add soo many good things to them to make them healthy and gives her everything she needs. EX:

Banana chocloate peanutbutter smoothie (blended)
1 banana
1 cup chocolate milk
1T peanutbutter

Yougurt smoothie (shaken or blended)
1 Jar stage 1 infant veggie (or just that amount in size)
1 Jar stage 2 infant fruit (same as above)
4 oz yougurt

1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
1 Cup milk

Add wheat germ to the smoothies for extra nutrition.

I know it is a tough stage but I think many of us goes thru this phase. we need to be witty at times to tackle this situation , so do not lose ur cool and apply some tricks.
instead of offering her, place some food here or there in the house which she can pick easily... kids like their moms to run after them:))) do not panic ur kid will learn to eat slowly... show her that u r relishing ur food and u r getting stronger and she might follow... make ur food items look attractive and colorful... more ideas on:

My daughter is doing the same thing and it driving me insane too. She will eat snacks here and there and eat off my plate but nothing else. Her dr has her drinking the pediasure plus the snacking and says she will come around to eating.
