Teething symptoms but has all of his teeth.

My son has all of his baby teeth. His Molars came in around his second birthday. Now all of a sudden my son is chomping on his fingers and drooling, all of the regular stuff you would see when they are teething. Has anyone seen this before. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think it's a phase cause my son did it but if too worried a dentist can let you know i took my son to the dentist and he did fine just make sure you call around and find a good one in your area for children

My son is going through something similar. He's chewing on anything and everything. He's gotten a lot better about it though. I think it might be a phase.
