My daughter is pretty small (22lbs and tall&skinny). she has been wearing pampers cruisers size 3 forever. she is still right in the middle of their weight requirement, but has started wetting through on a regular basis. i tried the next size up, but they are way too big. other suggestions?

I would say try an overnight diaper. We use Huggies overnights and on occasion i buy the fisher price over nights (sold at babies r us)! They both work great for my little boy.

We had tried several diapers because of nighttime leaking, and have stuck with the huggies overnight. We are big pampers fans and had a hard time switching, but they work better for overnights. We still use cruisers for day time. Also, you can get a great coupon for huggies right now on coupons.com for $3.

I have heard that huggies overnights work AWESOME..I haven't tried them as my son is allergic to huggies, but i have a friend who has a 3 yr old that wears them at night and i guess they hold A TON of pee. You could try those :) Hope that helps!

If you haven't tried the overnight diapers they are great! I've used both pampers and huggies and both held about the same. Theu hold alittle more than the baby dry which I would have to change around 2 in the morning for my daughter or have a big mess the next morning. If the 4's are too big stick with the 3's or try overlapping the tabs

Hi! We are in the same boat...ended up going to the next size up and buying Pampers Baby Dry (the one with the moon on the box/bag) for night time. We find that if we do up the diaper higher than usual (which is still comfy cause it's bigger) we wake up to a dry little girl more often!! Good Luck!!

We had the same problem with Huggies Supreme and Huggies regular so I tried a box of huggies overnights and it seems to be working well. We don't go to bed without one on. Good luck!

I had the same problem with the crusiers. I use the pampers baby dry and hardly ever have any leaks.

My son is 21 lbs and he wears size 4 pampers baby dry during the day and size 4 pampers extra protection at night...sometimes he still wets through overnight though :( But overall they work great!

we have about 5 different types of nappies at our house, all for different purposes..
thicker huggies for bedtime, pampers cruisers and snugglers and a couple of other cheap brands for day time wear.. when she was leaking alot i would put the training pants over the top of the nappies holding them in better place so there was no leaking out the sides

also might want to try and cut down on her fluids before bedtime.. we have just started toilet training and she has juice with dinner, and a half bottle of milk before bed, she wee's in the potty and then i put her in a nappy and off to bed, she's now waking up with a reasonably dry nappy!!

Pampers makes an extra absorbent diaper for night time and long car rides, and the work wonderfully.

There are also night time diapers that are a little more absorbent, they worked great for my daughter. She is only 23 pounds but wears a size 4 or 5 depending on the brand.

My daughter is the same 21lbs but tall and skinny. We suddenly had the same problem last month but with huggies babydry; which is what we have always used as lo is allergic to pampers. One thing i found really helps is to stop putting lo in vests with poppers. sounds daft i know but seemed to help. still had a huge pack when the problem started and couldn't afford just to stop using them. So made sure she wore loose trousers so they weren't pressing on the nappy which also seemed to help. Now switched to boots own brand in size 4 which are much better. Also find the pants style nappies are best to avoid leaks (if you can get them when they are on special coz they are much more expensive) x

My daughter sounds very similar in size and shape to yours...she's 20 months, and is barely 22lbs, and very tall and thin. I was a die hard Pampers fan until she graduated to the size 3 diapers - that's when I changed from Cruisers to Huggies Natural Fit or Little Movers. They seem to fit so much better, and she has never soaked through. hope that helps!

Try pampers other diapers, baby dry I think? You can try size 3. They hold a lot and don't cause rashes the way the cruisers do, btw!

I had to take both of my sons out of pampers and into luvs it just seemed that the pampers were to thin and luvs are actually cheaper than pampers save some money and works alot better I dont know if your going to try it but I just wanted to let you know what I thought.

My daughter was wearing Cruisers and we switched to Baby Dry just for overnight, because the Cruisers were leaking out the back while she slept. We've had a couple incidents of leakage with the Baby Dry in the night but fewer....I have no idea why. The Baby Dry ARE smaller, so you might even be able to do the size 4s.

My son is about the same size, and has been wearing the size 3 cruisers for a long time as well. When he started having the same problem at night I tried using pampers extra protection diapers in size 4 (the weight range starts at 22lbs). They look just a little bit big on him, but I haven't had any problems with wetting through since I started using these at night. Good luck!

still try the size 4 crusiers or switch to a different diaper. also i always started with the diapers tabs close right together when my daugther went into sze 4. Hope that helped

I, too had the same issue with my son. I tried pampers, luvs and am now content with Huggies Snug and Dry...they are awesome! Absolutely no leaks! I've had him in the Huggies overnites since shortly after he started sleeping through the night because I was having to change his bed sheets and jammies EVERY morning! They are consistently great and he's maybe leaked once or twice in the last 11 months of using them.

my son has had that issue for a while, it has slowly gotten better but we used to put two diapers on him at night time. usually the outer one would be dry and could be reused in the morning. It saved me a lot of sheet changing

I agree with the pampers baby dry...they are much more slender than the cruisers. You could also try a washable waterproof training pant. Kushie's makes them, you can pull them right over the diaper and then she's good to go. They wash up well, just remember to turn them inside out when you dry them. I've gotten them at Walmart or Babies R Us. Hope that helps!

you might want to try putting a bladder control pad in there it might help and i know this sounds wierd but it really works my son was doing that a night but hes in size 5's and like you size 6's are way to big and when your on a budget you need all the diapers you can get and size six was dramitacly less so i too looked for ways to curb the leakage and my grandma actually gave me the idea from when she was using cloth diapers they had a pad they would put in at night when you cant check them as often and low and behold it actually worked and i have been doing ever since. i would start out with a thin one so that they dont get uncomfortable but the sell ones that are curved and i like those because it curves with the diaper hope this helps!!!! let us know please

My daughter is about the same size and we use Pampers size 4 Baby Dry and they fit great. I noticed Crusiers seem bigger which is strange I know. She's been in them since she was 19 pounds.

Perhaps try a different diaper? We tried several different diapers with our twins before we settled on a diaper that worked well for them. We use Luvs diapers and will use them for our son in July.
