My daughter loves chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, chicken fried rice and of course junk! Here lately thought she doesnt have much of an appetite, I think she is tired of eating the same foods. Any suggestions that are easy to prepare?

my guy LOVES pizza!!! fried eggs on toast like another one said is a hit with us too.. Chix nuggets, french fries, fruit snacks but he is picky he only likes the ones that are put out by kelloggs, he likes cheeseburgers.. we end up just making him his own little one on bread or a small dinner roll.. oranges are one of his favorite right now.. if he doesn't want to eat anything we know he will always eat one of those.. he has been quiet the picky eater and hasn't been eating really well latley but when he does eat he eats ALOT!!!

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! My son loves those. I use whole wheat bread and he doesn't even know the difference. Avocados are still a favorite and super healthy. Hot dogs, chicken or turkey dogs. Great for breakfast with eggs or at any meal. If she really loves junk, you can always go for natural brands of the same stuff and hope she doesn't notice the difference. Fish sticks are also fun. Dr. Praeger's makes all natural fish sticks, as well as other yummy foods that are great for kids.

Go to your library, there are tons of books for easy meals for babies and toddlers. Some more appealing than others but it is just a preference. My son isn't a picky eater at all. The only things he won't eat are mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. I try to give an even balance of his food groups (normally I end up with less carbs than I should. Mornings- Waffle (while grain) quash pancakes (I pre-make them and freeze them sometimes I add fresh fruit if available) or cheerio's. Cup of milk. Brunch- Egg & country potatoes, chicken, or okra (he LOVES okra). 1 cup of V8 fusion juice. Lunch- Fruit/veggie yogurt with some milk in a sippy. Some type of carb (I like whole grain goldfish because it provides protein) Snack before dinner- fruit right now either a hole apple or some pineapple. Dinner like I said there are tons of things you can make for your daughter in the books from the library. I also make my son 1/2 avocado 1 banana and some milk in a blender and make a "slime" smoothie. Don't b afraid to experiment and blend veggies in other foods. It turns out my son also loves asparagus, he can't get enough of it. Also they have those steam fresh meals, my son loves the broccoli and carrots with chicken flavored rice.

pasta of any kind - my kids love spaghetti! scrambled eggs and toast is good too. You can also cut chicken breasts into strips and fry it in a capful of vegetable oil. My middle son loves it and he's 19 mos too.

My boy is 19 months old and he absolutely loves fried egg on toast. You can even add some spianch, ham or tomatoes. He also enjoys eating baked beans whoch is high in protein. Then any pasta dishes and even mash and cheese with viennas. Our local grocery store sells mini hotdogs and hamburgers which is a winner as well!
