37 weeks pregnant and having pains

I'm 37 and a half weeks pregnant and I have been having pains in my stomach just above my belly. I only get them if i get up and walk around and it feels like its just really tender and sore and only stays in that one area. I was wondering what this could be.

I have the same exact pain. I am 37 weeks too and my dr. said that it is a combo of being on my feet too much (I have a 2 year old son) and my body just getting ready for labor. Depending on how low your baby is, it can also just be the pressure on your hips/legs. When you get those pains, try and put your feet up and drink lots and lots of water. If they come and go...you might want to time them just in case you are contracting. The good news is, we are almost done!!! Feel Good!
