my daughter is 7 months old now and weighs 14 lbs and is 25 in long, shes tiny. people often comment about how shes too young to be sitting in a highchair at a resteraunt or in the shopping cart. it gets really old explaining how old she really is.

well my baby was 15lbs 14oz at her six month appt. and she was 25 inch. she was six months and six days old and they said she was in the 50% for her age if this helps any

valerie.....i wouldn't worry.... kids grow at their own pace... as long as she is consistently gaining weight as well as growing in height she is fine...if there was a problem her pediatrician would tell you.... enjoy your lil one... they are so precious.... i would love to have a smaller baby.... toting around would definately be a lot easier lol

My Lucy is almost 7 months and is 18 lbs. 8 oz. and also 27 inches. She has the most adorable leg rolls and sweet, smoochable cheeks! My oldest is now 2, was and still is a tall, slender baby ( absolutely NO leg rolls but the big cheeks though). At our last check-up our doctor compared the girls height and weight, and they were exactly the same at 6 months of age! It's so funny how 2 completely different little girls... from personalities to body types, happened to be the same size.

my son is very big for his age he will be seven months on the 17th @ his six month checkup he weighed 21.2 lbs and was 33 inches , he gained alot in the first 3 months, he was born weighing 7.12 and 21 inches, but ive noticed since he started solids ( at 4 months) he is not gaining much just growing taller, he's also wearing 12-18 month and 18-24 months clothing, but the doc says he is 100% healthy, Im just hoping my big boy will walk soon b/c my poor back is killing me lol

i wish!!! i'd love to have a regular sized baby lol. all my boys were big. my baby is now 7 months weighing 23 lbs 5 oz, but at his 6 month checkup he was 22 lbs 1 oz and 27.5 inches. that's a boy for ya. he doesn't overeat or eat a lot either. he's just naturally a chubbers! he was born june 2nd and was 3 wks early. my due date was june 20th. at birth he weighed 8 lbs 11.5 oz and 20.5 inches long.

Landyn turned 6months on Dec. 26th and on Dec 31st he weighed 21lbs 12oz (90th) and was 29inches (off the charts) his head size was 17.9" (90th) when he was born he weighed 7lbs 5oz and was 20inches so he grew quite a bit in the last 6months! he wears 18-24months (mostly 24 months though)
