Any suggestions for a first year's development book?

I'm not liking "What to expect in the First Year", can anyone recommend a better book? I do have a basic knowledge of child development, as I've worked with children for years, but would like a good resource for development and stages of baby-hood.

your baby's first year week by week. they wrote a pregnancy week by week too.
