I really think you are right! Haven is CONSTANTLY on the go and such a chatterbox. I honestly don't think she stops talking unless she is sleeping (which, she stopped napping forever ago) and wants to stay up soooo late. We can go go go all day and she still won't be tired at bedtime. I really wish I had her energy haha! When I was pregnant, she was constantly dancing around in my belly (especially at night) so I should have known then I would have my hands full ;)

My soon to be 3yr old on June 16th does not stop!!! She just goes and goes like the Energizer Bunny. She was like that since she was in my belly. I swore she was a boy because every time the nurse would find the heart beat, she would move and have a hard time finding it again. My 8yr old was never like that.

My June 09 boy has been hyper since birth (well, technically, since in the womb, lol). Even as a newborn, he never stayed still. He started rolling at 1 week old. He broke free from the swaddle less than 24 hours after birth. Now, at almost 3 years old, he is always on the run, haha. One of his favorite activities on rainy days is to spin around as fast as he can until he falls, and repeat over and over. I love it! He's super smart and loving, and has a stubborn side just like his parents, and as frustrating it all can be sometimes, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Tristan's definitely hyper. my god....he never stops moving. even when he's in his high chair to eat, he's trying to climb out of it. he never stops.

yes yes yes my daughter is so so hyper especially early in the morning when she first wakes up which is weird because me nor her father are morning people but she is just the happiest baby in the morning she bounces claps and talk to who ever will listen lol

It must be a June baby thing! My son is always on the go and trying to get his hands on everything. When he was really small he was quiet but, you could just see it in his face that he was watching everything and just biding his time until he could get up and go, go, go. He is also very vocal and loves to scream. He isn't upset or crying, he just loves to hear his own voice and see what kind of noises he can make. And he is stubborn to the core! You can take him away from something a hundred times in one hour and tell him no over and over but, the minute he can manage it he is right back at it. But, he is good at entertaining himself. He will sit on the floor and play for hours with whatever toy sparks his interest.

yes, my son was born June 22, 2009 and he want be still he trys to pull up instead of crawl. I wander will he crawl r wil he go straight to walking.

My June baby girl is quite different. She can sit on the floor with a toy and be entertained by herself for quite a long time. She walks to her bottles to tell us she is hungry and points to the diapers if she needs changed. She can be a little hyper with daddy but that is because daddy is the easy going parent.

OMG, thats so true in my son case too.. If i dnt watch him, he would just get down from the bed and starts to walk around the bed. I have to be alert..Even in the night i keep a watch as he has fallen off the bed.. Scary..

Man, you one lucky mom. I can travel anywhere in peace having him around. But tell u what, i love every minute of it.. My daughter was very mellow and best behaved when she was a baby. My son is nt so it is nice change.

I would say YES!! My son is soooo hyper!! He is always getting into something, and he is so silly. He was very active in the womb, active as a newborn, very active now, and he moves around so much when he sleeps too. Must be a June thing :)

Mine is pretty active also, plus mine is a boy which are ALWAYS inquisitive! Also, they are Gemini's. Gemini minds jump from one thing to the next and then back again.

My June baby is not hyper at all. Just sits around and watches the traffic go by (traffic being his two older siblings). Seems like he is the odd one out here. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that he was due in July, but came a month early???

LOL this is so funny. I thought I'm the only person with a super active baby, LOL. My baby was born June, 2nd 2009 and ever since she could hold up her own neck, she would never sit still! Really, she would never sit on anybody's lap for more than 3 seconds, she always wants to get down on the floor. She started walking when she was 9 months 4 weeks and since then she just can't stop moving.

Wow, I am feeling much better reading everyone's responses. Brayden is so active. He never stops, even when he is sleeping he is all over his crib and never stays in his covers. He is walking and has mastered the stairs(with lots of supervision and helping up and down). He was so active when I was pregnant and has never stopped moving, but I wouldn't change it for one second, we dance all day long and I would never give up the squirmies.

Oh my goodness. I feel so much better now...I truly thought it was only my little one. She's an absolute fidget! Even when I was pregnant she never stopped moving. She's a great sleeper though so I'm thankful for that but other than that...constantly on the move and LOVES music and will dance instantly when she hears music. Got a little temper too! Must have gotten that from my hubby...LOL!!

YES! My baby boy is very hyper. He's always gotta be moving. He wakes us up in the mornings by slapping my husband and I on the face. He likes to dance, even though he can't walk yet. Pulling clothes out of the shelves and pulling down whatever he can reach is a favorite activity of his.

Whew! And here I was secretly a little worried (although I would never admit it to him) when my fiance kept saying that he thinks our daughter is a little crazy! Now I feel better knowing that it's not just us! Could it be the age, you think?

Alanna won't sit still for more than a few minutes at a time, and she hardly naps at all at daycare. They're lucky if she sleeps for 45 minutes once a day there. At home on the weekend, though, she does get in her 2 naps a day, but lately I've had to put her down to nap against her will. You can see she's so tired, but it's like she's afraid she's going to miss something! Lately, she's started to laugh hysterically when she's on the floor, crawling, and we're following behind her. She keeps looking back and crawling fast like, "You can't catch me!" Boy are well all in trouble. But love every minute! Well...almost. :)

Oh yes my little adelae is my third and constantly leaves me scratching my head wondering what in the world she is doing. She has been my most active, independent and stubborn baby. She tried to climb in her walker headfirst! I have to say her lack of fear is scaring me lol

Oh my... my Jayin has been hyper since before he was born! He's go go go all day! Since he started walking last month, he wants to go outside all the time and walk around, find people to talk to, it's hillarious!

Aidan only stays still when it is bed time. I have a dilly of a time getting him to take a nap, he will fight sleep on fear he will miss one minute of play.

my son is super hyper too. i see everyone else's babies just sittin on their laps or whatever, and i cant hold Tristan without him being all wiggly and turning in every direction. he started crawling on 4/23, and pulled up on 4/24. he's trying to stand already. and he never sits still, lol

Thanuja- was your LO premature?? Because mine was a week over due and is very hyper so I'm not so sure your dr was telling the truth LOL.
It really must be the month because I have a couple of friends with LOs a few months old then mine and they are calm and sweet. Mine goes 90 to nothing all day until naptime or bedtime. LOL Good Luck?

yes! my daughter acts crazy sometimes! and she laughs so hard she snorts too lol. her cousin, who was also born june 2009 is hyper too. theyre quite the handful when theyre together. but theyre cute when they play... and then they start to fight lol

Oh yes, i agree to this majorly. My son is so hyper and talkative. He goes constantly dededede dadadadad nenenenene.. Born on June 3 2009. Doc mentioned that premature babies are usually hyper. I afraid being premature, born in June and also being a boy.. i think i am going to have a tough time..

Oh my little DJ is only still when he falls asleep, other than that he is always moving, wriggling, jumping, climbing, grabing, standing and wailing for me to come back and stare lovingly at him - the headboard ah don't get me started - he literally wakes up at night jumps up and that is the first thing he wants to do. The best thing though is I shall lose weight trying to keep up with him, lol.

lol. Mine is pretty hyper too. She acts as if it would absolutely kill her to be still for more than a second. She is just learning to stand independently, but can't keep her balance long because she is too busy trying to jump up and down!
