yes, my daughter is 8 months. she just learned to wave bye-bye. You just say the words hey, or bye-bye and she goes right to waving. SO CUTE!!!

My daughter is starting to do this big straight-arm wave. She won't wave at anyone she knows, but will wave at random people in stores or restaurants. It is the funniest thing and the "strangers" get the biggest kick out of her!

My daughter started waving bye bye at round 8 months. Agreed, its so cute. She trys to say bye but its comes out more like "ba".

Yep, my daughter waves to people constantly, both hello and goodbye and if i sit her infront of a mirror, she waves to herself too :)

my DD is 9mths old and knows how to wave bye bye but will only wave too other ppl(grand parents, friends etc..) whe will not wave bye bye to mommy or daddy when we leave haha, I think its her way of saying I don't want you guys to go:P

Hi, my 8.5 month old will sometimes imitate someone saying bye bye "only" when she feels like it, she's not consistent.

My little boy does a massive up and down wave goodbye when its time to go from nanas, as you say so cute!!
