My little girl has allergies/eczema and asthma. She was getting breathing treatments for about 6 weeks. Everytime I try to introduce new foods for her she breaks out and her eyes get puffy, etc. My biggest concern now though is her eczema. She was prescribed elidel, which is ridiculously expensive, and it works but i was wondering any other suggestions from moms dealing with the same issue? Oh yea, Eucerin not working either. HELP!

Hi Muriel. Both my son & daughter were born with eczema. My daughter had a patch of it on her cheek and I used a cream called Dermaid which I just bought over the counter at the pharmacy. It cleared up by the time she was 12 months old. My son had it worse than her. He had it all over his face. I went to the doctor and she prescribed steroid cream. It made it better but it didn't clear it up totally. A friend of mine saw a program on TV about a product called Billie Goat Soap. I bought it for my son and after using for 1 week it has almost cleared up his eczema & I don't need to put the steroid cream on his face. Try the soap made from goat's milk and see if it works for you. good luck
