I use salin drops and suction bulb on my daughter. Also a little of vicks baby rub on her chest if needed. And I run a cool mist humidifer in her room while she sleeps.

a humidifier directly above my son always clears up his throat and nose. you can also you some childrens vicks (a little bit) and a bougar sucker

Buy a cool mist humidifier and run it whenever she is sleeping.

When my little girl had a runny nose, I just used saline drops for the nose and waited about 5 minutes and then cleared her nose with a bulb syringe.
