how fast or how long will it take or could it take for it to come in all the way? And she doesnt really cry at all about the pain untill night time so I give her infant IB she sleeps through the night so I cant complain but is there anything i can do to hurry the process up?

I definately wish i could speed up ther process. My daughter just turned 7 months and she is cutting her seventh tooth [she has all 4 front top, and 2 1/2 bottoms]. Shes been cutting them since 3 months and she hasnt slept through the night yet becuase they bother her so much. I give her teething tablets. they seem to help a bit. maybe they have something in them that makes teeth grow, since she already has a full mouth. haha!

I don't think there's a way to speed it up, but here are some of the things I've heard:
Hyland Teething Tablets
Rubbing a wet washcloth along the gumline 2x daily
Sassy Feeders (put in frozen food or ice cube)

Good luck

I gave my daughter teething biscuits they are messy but Bryleigh(my daughter) loves them. when she had her teeth breaking threw within a week she had her teeth and then slowly they came out more and more now she is teething on her top teeth! She teethed her bottom teeth for 2months.

you cant really speed the process up but you could try giving her teethers and other stuff to bite on to help get them to cut through... My little girl is teething also and has been for a month and still hasnt cut a tooth.. My sons teeth cut through really quickly and he had almost all his teeth by the time he was 1..

To speed up the process, I don't think so...but it only takes my daughter a day or two to actually cut the tooth...after that it doesn't usually bother her.
