How easy did you mummys find it to reduce bottle feeds? bailey has stopped taking his afternoon bottle and been told should stop his night feed soon? this one im dreading i really dont know how to go about it?

I've just slowly reduced it, I was actually thinking about this the other day. My daughter still has 3 bottles but I'm not sure where you are from but here in the UK they have formula for over one's so I'll be switching to that (and there only supposed to have one beaker a day) so I'll be carrying on with the night bottle and leaving out the other two

I still give Wesley his night bottle (7 oz) and a very small bottle during the night (2.5 oz now). I won't take it away until we've successfully taken away the morning bottle and the afternoon bottle. We've just started the afternoon one - so I'll give that a week before taking away the morning one. I'm not in any real hurry. He just might give it up on his own. I'll just take it away when I feel he's ready. Good luck with it! I know it's a hard one for them to give up!
