Jake has 3 meals a day and 2-3 Breast feeds a day (Early morn and night feed and sometimes arvo snack feed). Should I be giving him morrning tea and arvo tea?
Just wanna make sure i am giving him all he needs, thanks girls :)

I don't know much about breast feeding, but 2-3 a day doesn't sound like enough to me. As far as formula feeding my dr. said 24-32 ounces a day still, all other food sources is extra, he said the formula and breast milk was still more important at this time than solids. My son is also 9 months.

As long as he is gaining weight, reaching milestones, is alert and happy, has plenty of wet/dirty nappies all is fine. Remember solids in FUN until ONE. So most of his nutrition should come from his BF. I BF my daughter too and she has 3 meals (sizes vary as we do BLW) and 4/5 BF per day.
