Hello my name is Liz I have a almost 4 year old girl and a 33 week old girl. She is waking up at least 6 times in the night I am not a fan of the cry it out method any suggestions, I am also thinking of getting the no cry it out book by Elizabeth Pantley.

ok PLEASE try dis but u can only do it @ nite but it has to be every nite so its a pattern n after he gets use to it he wont b able to resit sleep ever again it worked for me give him a warm bath n da JOHNSON'S BEDTIME ITS PURPLE N WHITE BOTTLES dey have lotion too U CAN USE ANY BABY BATH PRO I JUST LIKE DIS ONE make him a 5oz bottle but it must include: 5OZ milk, rice cerial (dont be afraid to use a very good amount lol), and at least a half of a jar of baby food (it can be wat ever kind ur little heart desiers) shake it all up n warm for 30seconds da bottle should look almost so thick dat he could eat it wit a baby spoon give it to him n he will sleep da whole nite OH if u dont want to buy new nipples for da bottles just get a knife n make a big enough slit so he will b able to drink it or u can go to babies r us n buy bottles dey r called nuby dey r funny shaped
OH dey not a cheep price but i do have dem (only caues i got dem for a bb shower gift but i do ues da other methods i gave u too bc dey r cheeper )

I had the same problem about a month ago. He wanted to nurse every half an hour. I tried everything! I finally had to let him cry it out. I didn't want to do it but I didn't have any other choice. If it has been less than four hours at night, I don't go in and get him. If it has been more, I nurse him and put him back down (awake if possible). The first week was miserable but now he will do 8-12 hours a night. Try the book though, it couldn't hurt. You have to do what you are comfortable with.
