which is best? can u use both together? any advice on whats best??

Hylands teething gel and tablets are a life saver. I use the gel when he just seems a little bothered and then the tablets when he can't stand the pain. Both seem to work really fast and are all natural.

I've never used the powder, but I love the q-tip Orajel. It's so much easier to apply, easy to travel with.
