Sooo I wanted to vent about this...I went to the store and had to take my daughter when she was sick and the cashier actually said to me dont you love when they are sick? all they do is sleep! I just wanted to go off on her...How can you love when your kid is sick? I feel so bad for my baby girl when she is sick :-( any opinions on what you would have said or done?

I would have said "No, I like it when they're healthy and I don't have any doctor bills. I'm not a lazy parent, just a cheap one!" LOL.
No, really I probably wouldn't have said anything. Or just, "No, I don't like my child to be sick because it makes me worried."
Though she probably just meant a minor illness like a cold or something. Few people would want their kids truly sick with something serious.
