i just wash her hair every couple days with burt's bees body wash/shampoo and leave it so some days she has crazy hair and other days it's smooth. if we're going out, i hold her bangs back with a little clip. tried a cute little headband once but she didn't like it.

Yes the johnson baby shampoo is great but I see ur a woman of color so listen up we new mommies do have to stick together,DO NOT use lusters pink lotion, its no good it moisturizes but will leave the hair nappy in the long run. Try olive oil hair grease its really lite and it promotes hair growth and works wonders on cradle crap, I mean cradle cap lol...good luck

Johnson's has the most wonderful product ( in my opinion) for babies that are bi-racial or black. Its just baby oil but it comes in a gel form. It really makes the ringlets easy to manage. My son wears his hair curly, combed flat and everything else. It is gentle and still lets you do something with it. If you put pony tails in her hair use the cloth/ yarn holders and make sure to keep it fairly loose because their skull isnt formed yet.

I'd say tangle free shampp the ones that say on it that it help make the hair healthy looking and baby oil or bodywash when they are young and don't have much hair on their head.

The creamy baby oil is great to moisturize their heads without making their hair look greasy! I put it on her after every bath, and before bed if it looks like she's starting to dry out!

i wash her hair with bodywash/shampoo (i have burts bees for my parents house and nature's baby organics at home) I use california baby detangling spray (which i use regularly), and use nature's baby baby oil occasionally when i see her cradle cap/dandruff acting up

I have three girls ages 13, 3 and 5 months and have pretty much done the same with all of them. I wash her hair with baby shampoo (personally love the Johnson's Nighttime Products). When I put baby lotion on her body, I use what is left over on my hands and run them through her hair (gives me just enough product to style her hair a little bit:). Really shouldn't need anything else for little ones.
