My 5 month old gets up between 7-8am, eats every 3-4 hours takes a nap in the morning for 1-2 hours then one maybe if I'm lucking mid-day for 30 minutes, then takes a 1-1 1/2 hour nap in the evening, and at bed time he gets a bath & bottle usually between 9:00-9:30 and sleeps all night.

I wouldn't have a clue, I don't keep track , he feeds when he needs it , and plays when he plays and sleeps when he needs it .

Maddox worked himself out on the perfect schedule for us!! he's up and eating(babyfood&bottle) by 6am, takes a "snack bottle" at 9am, eats a meal(babyfood&bottle) at 12pm, another snack bottle at 3pm, a meal at 6pm, and a bedtime bottle around 9---and takes naps as he pleases-its wonderful and easy to remember b/c he's so close to our own eating schedule.

wow, my son doesnt seem to sleep much :S. he was five months a few days ago; he's up at 7:00, has a bottle, plays for two hours, sleeps for twenty on the way to work, plays for five hours (bottle feeds every three hours), sleeps for twenty minutes at 2:00 on the way home from work, has a bath at 4, solids at 4.30, twenty minute nap at 5, plays, in bed by 8.00. since he was about three and a half months old, he hasnt slept more than an hour or two MAX a day.

My dtr wakes up around 9am. Goes down for nap between 11-12, usually sleeps 2-3 hours. Up until about 5, has another nap for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours (I dont let her nap longer then that in the pm so she will sleep well when she goes to bed). Then back to bed at 8 and dont hear a peep until morning for the most part. She eats every 2-3 hours and have just introduced cereal as well. Different things work for different babies though so you may need to alter your 5 month olds schedule!

My daughter wakes up at 7-7:30am, usually right before her father leaves for work so he feeds her a 4-5oz. bottle and she goes back to sleep until 10-10:30. She then has another 4-5oz bottle and we play until 1:30. Usually during this time she has some alone play while I pick up the house. @ 1:30 she has a fruit/veg and a 2 oz bottle. ( she wants a whole jar of food and less formula). If it is bath day we then do it, if not we play until 4:30 when i give her another 5oz. bottle and she then goes down for a nap. This is also when her father comes home and I go to work. Most of the time she will sleep for about 3 hours while im gone!! She then eats a 2oz bottle and a fruit/veg @ 7- 7:30. She hangs out with Daddy until I get home and has her bed time bottle with cereal in it and is asleep between 10-12pm for the night!

My 5 mo old set up her own schedule so I just follow her lead. She feeds every 3-4 hours and naps 3-4 times a day. She naps every 2 hours for about an hour or hour and a half. I put her to bed anywhere btwn 9-10pm and she sleeps til 6/7am. i used to stay up and feed her around 12 am but i gradually have stopped doing that so she doesn't get used to it. Most experts suggest setting a feeding or sleeping schedule at around 5 months. I like to think of it as a routine bc once a routine is i place your baby will begin to set their own feeding/napping times. Well at least that's what happened w-my LO.

my son Octavian is 5 months and a week. I put him down for bed at 11pm. Sometimes he wakes once in the middle of the night from anywhere between 2-6am. I feed him and he passes right out again. Then he wakes up around 9ish. We play until 10ish and he eats. He usually stays up until noon - 1pm, then naps for 2 hrs. Then we just wing the rest of the day until 930pm. Then bath bottle and bed.

My son gets up for the day at 8 a.m. Around 8:30 I give him his solid foods then finish off with about 10 minutes of breastfeeding. After that he plays in his exersaucer. Then at 10a.m. he has another feeding, but this one I only breastfeed him. We play together for a while, then at 11:30, I give him some more solid food. Followed by about another 10 minutes of breastfeeding. Now during all of this, I have his shows on. They go until noon. He goes down for a nap at noon, give or take some minutes. He sleeps on an average of 2 hours. There have only been a few times he hasn't sleep at least 2 hours. At 2 p.m. I breast feed him. Then we do whatever for a few hours. Around 5 to 5:30 I make more solid foods for him and also breastfeed afterwards. He loves his mommy milk! Lol! I bathe him every 2 days. If I don't bathe him, I breastfeed him at 7:30 and in bed by 8 p.m. When I do bathe him, we go upstairs at 7 p.m. Feed him at 7:30 and in bed by 8 p.m.

she's up at 7am, gets a bottle and then playtime for about 1 1/2-2 hours, then down for a nap that lasts about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. Up for a bottle and cereal, playtime until the next bottle and then an afternoon nap that lasts 1 hour or so. Up for playtime and another bottle and then an evening nap that lasts about 1 1/2-2 hours. Back up around 7pm playtime and a bottle and in bed by 9.

My daughter Ava wakes at 6.00 plays for 1/2 hour and then has cereal for breakfast. Plays for a further 2 - 2/12 hours and has a bottle about 8.30 and goes down for 2 hours. She wakes at about 10.30, we play for an hour and then she has lunch at 11.20 - fruit or yoghurt . We then play for another hour and then she has a bottle at 12.30 and goes to bed for 2.5 hours. At 3 she wakes and we play for and hour and at 4.00 she has a bath, then her veges for tea. At 4.30 we have uiet time for an hour... books, calming play, massage etc. 5.30 Ava has a bottle and goes to bed. I give her a dream feed at 9.30 and she sleeps through til 6.00.

Jenna is up at 7:30 eats breakfast (1/2 fruit jar and 1 tbsp oatmeal) plays till about 9:30-10 has 6oz formula, then naps till about noon, has lunch (1/2 jar viggies), plays till about 2:30-3, has 6oz, naps till about 5, has dinner (1/2 jar fruit/veggie) takes a bedtime bath, reads a couple baby books, and plays till about 6:30-7, has 6oz and goes to bed. Of course she doesnt play all that time by herself, she likes alot of mommy time and gets bored after 15 minutes or so. Then I give her new toys, put her in her quit spot, or in her bouncer, or her highchair, or do workouts. :)

my son is up between 6-8 am, (he shares a room with his 15 month old brother) eats his bottle, lunch about 10-11, nap for 1-2 hours, up and plays, then another bottle, plays some more, sometimes a short nap (30 minutes-1 hour). he usually has another bottle between 4-5, dinner between 6-7, and down for bed between 7:30-8. he is still getting up 1 to 2 times a night, but we are working on that.

my 5 month old gets up in the morning at anywhere between 7-8am, he has a feed then after an hour or sometimes 2 hours he'll have a 45 min nap. He then pretty much has naps every 2 hours, which vary from a 45 mins sleep to a 2 hour sleep. I have a very flexible routine during the day as he tends to change his sleeping patterns etc all the time.. Nightime is a bit different, he has a bath every second day, gets into his pj's has some playtime then we give him a bottle in his room with no lights on and put him to bed when he is still awake and let him fall asleep by himself, he then sleeps through the night and wakes up at around 7-8am.
