Mucus Plug Loss

No, that's a good thing. After your plug comes out you're water will break. And the cramps are prolly mini contractions that are getting your cervix to open up. If you're really worried about it, call your doctor. I'm not an expert, but I just spent two days in the hospital trying to get all that to happen, feel blessed that you don't need drugs to get all this working like I seem to. lol. But your mucus plug is supposed to come out in pieces. Everything sounds completely normal here, but once again, if you're really worried, call your doctor. :)

the 1st time i was prego mine also came out little by little but i didnt have her until a week later i say if u ever question whether u should go to the hospital or not i would go better safe then sorry goodluck but if u start having contractions n feel like u have to "poop" but dont have to go to the hospital the baby might b on its way ...goodluck

I went to my dr appointment yesterday and mentioned that i had lost my mucus plug and my doctor checked me to see if i have dilated and i did not. She told me that I could still lose some of my plug because it doesn't come out all at once. I haven't been feeling any change but, more movement. Good luck!!

I am 36 weeks and last night i lost my plug. I'm cramping a little but i don't know if i should be concerned. Should I be? I have to go to work today. Good luck ladies....

Man im so over it aye and want this baby out... im hoping in 2weeks he will show his little face for me... i wanna get on with the caring for my child rather then being fat heheh.



Sux to be on bedrest as it gets rather boring doesnt it... im getting the odd lil cramp like pain at the moment which is what i got in the weeks leading up to labour in my son so im hoping its a good sign this baby will come in a few weeks as i havent put on anymore weigh now either so yeah *fingers crossed* as long as hes healthy im happy

i lost mine at 31 weeks have pre term labor a few times now but baby is fine and i'm 4cm and 50% effaced i'm now 37 weeks i have been on bed rest and that was the hardest part for me you should be fine as long you take it easy

Good luck hun and hope this little one stays put for a while longer at least.
My m/w next week so im hoping baby has dropped more then the 2/5th he is now

Ya I ended up calling my doc, and he sent me to the hospital to get checked out. I was contracting so they gave me a shot to stop the contractions so I wouldn't go into early labor, and I'm 1cm and 50% effaced and put on bed rest now. Who knows whats gonna happen.

i woudl keep an eye on things and maybe talk to your m/w about it all. I woudlnt stress though
