Hi Ladies,

I just spent this week fasting, well the first 4 days of the week anyway. I'm hoping it will help me clean out all the toxins and also help with my last month of plateauing in my weight loss. If you want to know exactly what I did and how it works here is the link to my blog.

Maida, please dont fast. and anybody curious t fasting, dont do it.

our bodys need nutrients, even the "master cleanse" is a terrible terrible idea. the best thing to do is grab a good detox kit from a natural health food kit that is approx 6 weeks long. and commit, commit, commit. please dont fast, so unhealthy. after your 6 weeks are up eat a healthy breakfast within an hour of waking up that consists of fruit, yogurt and protein, such as hemp heart ( look up hemp heart, its a super food). a good breakfast is key to a good jumpstart for your metabolism. seriosly, please get a herbal detox and cleanse. a good one if its your first time cleansing is "total body cleanse-by renewlife" is gentle and effective, because cleansing is just that, its cleansing the toxins that cause harm to your body. do a cleanse every 6 months or so, once youve done a couple cleanses then try my fav cleanse, its called biofirm by new nordic. great product.....good luck. be kind to your body hunn :)
