Chicken Lemon Rice Soup

Very easy, very tasty...get asked for this recipe all the time!!



Take the leftover breast section of one side of a rotisserie chicken and cut into bite size pieces



In a dutch oven or large saucepan mix together:



one family size can cream of chicken soup

one 32 oz. chicken broth

cooked rice (how much is up to you)

garlic powder

onion powder

fresh ground black pepper



Add the chicken to this mixture and stir until well blended. Some people use more of either the soup or broth depending on what consistency they like their soup. Same goes for the rice and spices - it's whatever you like.



Once everything is blended and heated through add lemon juice to taste. This is great with a fresh loaf of french bread on a chilly day.
