Chicken Rotel

1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

16 oz. pasta doesnt matter what kind ( I like ot use diff ones It's more fun that way!)

1 can rotel (i use 2 because i want the lime and chipotle kind and a can of hot ( and with those ITS HOT))

1 lbs. pepper jack velveeta

1 can mushroom



sautee mushrooms till brown, while doing that cut up chicken breast into chunks and throw in pan with mushrooms season to taste. boil noodles while sauteeing,and cut put pepper jack into medium small chunks, and preheat oven at around 400 when noodles and chicken are done combine in 9x13 and toss with rotell and pepper jack. bake for about 30 minutes or until chesse is melted, toss again and sprinkle shredded cheese ontop then serve! feeds alot!

Hi this sounds really good, but what is a can of rotel? I am from St John's Newfoundland Canada and we don't have rotel here. So if you decribe the product I could probably find the equivalent here. Thanks
