easy parmessan

chicken or shrimp....I use the amount that I am eating, because I am the only one who eats it!

1 to 1 1/2 c. Parmessan cheese

1quart of Heavy whipping cream

1c. butter

Noodles of your choice, I sometimes use Angel and/or Fett.

I cook my chicken and set it aside.
I have my noodles cooked and ready to go.
I then melt the butter, whipping cream. When this is hot, I add the cheese. Turn burner to a medium and let it thicken. (this should thicken more after it starts to cool.)
Drain the noodles, and mix in the sauce with the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
