easy biscuits

1/2 cup of marg

1/2 of brown sugar

2tbs of molasses

1 cup s/r flour (you can use gluten free s/r flour but you may need a little more)

cream butter and sugar

add molasses and beat till light and fluffy

mix in flour until you are able to roll mixture into a large ball

brake off small pieces and role into smaller balls

put onto baking tray line with baking paper press down with a fork and cook on 180d/c for about 15 minutes

it doesnt get quicker then this
