Homemade Tartar Sauce

Makes one pint or 550 ml

480ml Mayonnaise- 60g chopped capers- 90g chopped dill pickles- 30ml minced onions - 30ml minced fresh parsley - 15ml fresh lemon juice - salt & pepper to taste - 2 chopped hard boiled eggs (optional)

Method:

Stir all ingredients together until well blended. chill thoroughly. For full falvour development make a day ahead of use. disgard any leftovers if using eggs.
