1 Can Full Cream Condensed Milk (Chilled in Refrigerator) (Nestle is Best)

1- 250ml Fresh Cream (Clover is Best)

2- Egg Yolks (Unbeaten) (Also from fridge)

4- Egg Whites

1- 5ml Vanilla essence



Method:



1. In a bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks form.

2. In another bigger bowl whip the cream with the same egg beater (without rinsing it after whipping the egg whites). Beat the cream till fairly firm and good peaks form. (Take care not to overbeat till buttery).

3. Break egg yolks in a small dish- do not beat- but carefully stir in the chilled condensed milk.

4. Now fold egg-whites into the cream simultaneously dribbling the condensed milk mixture and folding it into the cream till well mixed.

5. Sprinkle the vanilla essence onto the cream mixture and mix-in well.

6. Pour into ice cream container and freeze overnight.



NB: This ice cream needs no after stirring
