Sausage rolls (no Meat)

Mix 250g Cottage chesse, salt & pepper, 1 Tsb of soy sauce, a finaly chopped onion and a egg.

Then add just enough rolled oats to make the mixure as thick as sausage meat, anout a cup or so.

Roll out flaky pastry and put mixure in a line along the pastry, then roll up. Cut into section and bake for 20 min or intill golden at 190C

Serve with tomatoe or sweet chilli sauce kids will love then and not even know that they are good for them.
