Sesame Chicken Wings

3 lbs chicken wings, rinsed



Place in a large baggie, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, dash pepper.



After rinsing chicken wings, place in the bag and shake a few at a time. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a bit of oil or melted butter and bake 375 degree oven for about an hour until browned. Serve with rice.
