Sour Cream Pound Cake

2-1/4 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t soda
grated zest of 1 lemon
1 t vanilla
1 c butter, softened
1 c light sour cream
3 eggs

In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend at low speed until mixed, then blend at med speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured 10" Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly.

Glaze: Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice with 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Drizzle over completely cooled cake.
