APPROX. 2 LBS OF STEW MEAT, 2 ONIONS, 2 GREEN PEPPERS, 2 STALKS OF CELERY IF DESIRED. 4 JARS OF CHILI SAUCE. (RED IN COLOR LOOKS LIKE A BOTTLE OF COCKTAIL SAUCE). PUT COOKING OIL IN PAN. IN THE MEANTIME TAKE PIECES OF CUT UP STEW MEAT AND COAT BOTH SIDES WITH FLOUR.THEN PLACE MEAT IN SKILLET. COOK UNTILL BROWNED LIGHTLY ON BOTH SIDES. WHEN DONE PLACE MEAT IN STOCK POT WITH LID. MIX IN 4 BOTTLES OF CHILE SAUCE. THEN TAKE EACH BOTTLE AND FILL THEM EACH UP HALF WAY WITH WATER AND PUT IN POT WITH MEAT. CUT UP ONIONS AND PEPERS AND CELERY(GENEROUSLY SIZED) AND PUT INTO POT. COOK INGREDIENTS IN COVERED POT FOR 2 HRS AT 350 OR UNTILL MEAT FALLS APART WITH FORK.
