Hi I am looking for the easy dinners. Make in like 30 minutes. I have two kids that play soccer and we are always on the go. So if anyone has some quick and easy dinner ideas that would be great.

Thanks

Shanny

Hope this helps...It's called Veggie Casserole and it is so easy to make.

1-2 lbs hamburger (depends on size of family)

onion chopped (I use frozen)

1 box of Kraft CREAMY Mac and Cheese

1 can (or large can) of mixed veggies

cheese slices

Brown your hamburger and onion and season to taste...I use Garlic salt, onion salt, and meat tenderizor, drain.

Fix creamy mac and cheese per instructions...try and make it a tad bit creamier.

drain mixed veggies and cook with a little butter,

Mix all of the above together in a bowl...place cheese on top. microwave until the cheese melts...usually 2 minutes....Serve.

Takes all of about 15-20 minutes TOPS!! Really good!

Tacos and spaghetti are always quick. BUT since one cannot live on tacos and spaghetti alone...I can't really think of anything right off the top of my head, but there's a website called menusformoms.com that sends out a weekly menu with helpful hints. The idea is (and it works really well for me) that once you have a menu for the week (I do monthly menus), it will help you be set up to spend less time in the kitchen. They also suggest precooking, pre-preparing your food. So, say you get a package of chicken (Sam's) for the week...you pick one day, cook it up, dice it, freeze it. Same idea for your veggies, etc. Then when you need something, you get it out of the freezer in the morning, thaw in fridge, prepare in less time by dinner time.

Other suggestion, which is what I LOVE when I know it's going to be a busy night...CROCK POT MEALS. I got this recipe book a few years back called Fix it and Forget it. It's great. I had to take some time out and really look over the recipes but once I did, I made a master list of meals we would like, wrote down the page numbers and when I make my monthly menu list, I have the page number on there, know where to go to get the recipe and start it all off in the morning. And it makes the house smell so YUMMY through out the day!

I hope you get some great recipes. I will be checking back, cause I would love to know some too!

Have a great day!

Cassie
