Why dont you suggest that he does not help her and you see how she gets on. Make it a challenge to the girl. I mean this is ridiculous. She is far to old for this. I stopped bathing my kids around the age of 7. They bathed with the door open but I never went in. As long as I could here them splashing about that was fine. As for going to to loo, no that stopped when they went to school. I am sure she does not have a teacher take her to the toilet!

I would not fall out about this with the father but point out to the girl that she can do it for herself now!
