I find that the easiest and less messy for my boys are sandwiches. So, I make my chicken fillings ahead of time, mix them with mayo, sweet relish ground black pepper to taste and in the morning, they just slap 'em on two slices of bread with cheese in between for school. They bring at least two each with them for lunch! All they need is a cold drink!
