That sounds like me when I was her age.Wow!Let her know that its okay and your there for her. I didnt open up and start being more social till sophmore year in highschool.Alot of times its all about being approachable. If our body languarge is slumped down and our face is frowned that can be looked upon as unaproachable.Maybe u can possibly have her join a writing class or start off finding out what she's interested in and sign her up for an activity she might enjoy and that is a great way to make friends and eventually build her confidence and self esteem. Its gonna take a little time but it will be well worth it in the long run.My be even try a little modeling an introducing her to some other kids with the same issues, tall and fabulous.:)

How sad for her, and you as a parent. Maybe she should see a counselor to help her through this difficult time in her life.

After 7 years at the same school and not many friends is concerning. Something has happened for the kids to pass judgement of her as one not to be played with. Finding out what that something is would be difficult. So, move past it ...

Try to find her another group to meet outside of school ... an after school class/hobby. It would be a new start for her and guide her in how to make friends. My son had similar issues at the start of the school year. We found him an after school club and a sport and boy scouts. Together we'd role play and talk about what words work best and the importance of body language. It'll seem as if you're regressing in having to teach this ... but, classes like these are offered to even executive. :)

Good Luck

Is she new to the area? What happened to her old frineds? If she is new let her spend time with her old friends if not to far away also try to get her into an after school activity so she can make new friends that way.

She's so sad and unhappy. She tell me has no friends at school and the girls just do not talk to her. Today she text me ' I what to go home' I leaving my job crying before I get her. She have been like this for 2 weeks now. She do feel out place at time because she's very tall girl and big girl. My baby 5'7 and she's 11 years old. I wish I can find some girls just like her.
