I would recommend that you get her an agent, give it six months to a year, if she opts out at that time, pull her out. What you wish at age five or 10, isn't necessarily what they want at age 14. If she finds out what it's like, she may opt out.
A good start would be to get her involved in local pagents and go from there

Firstly - why do you want to help her?
Do you think this is a good thing for her to get involved in? You might want to think about this a fair bit first before doing anything.
Frankly, if it was my daughter I'd roll my eyes and say "do something real with your life darl!"

First thing you need to do is hire a photographer to do a photo shoot with her. Sometimes a student or beginning photographer will do it for free. I'm based in Los Angeles and work with beginning models a lot

Never pay a fee to an agent or to be listed or for modeling classes. But you will have to pay a photographer. Some good photographers will find small jobs for her if she has a good look. I shoot for kid's clothing and accessories sometimes.
Take the best pictures from the photo shoot and make an online portfolio for her. Then join modeling places such as brokendollmodels.com or modelmayhem.com and find other modeling jobs for her.
