(childrens safety act), chat with other girls from around the world, safely, design and dress up an avatar and so much more. The concept was started by my daughter when she was 15 and now has grown into a business.

My daughter loves stardolls. You can do limited tasks on line without paying anything; my daughter occasionally gets a $10 card from Target and this allows you to add more tasks onto your site. She creates outfits for her girl and "buys" different outfits as well to add to her closet. It is very innocent and allows her to be creative in fashion design. Hope this is helpful and not a duplicate!

thanx!! I am always looking for safe sites where my tween daughter can do away from 'stalkers" and just rude ppl..
