Good afternoon!



I might need a root canal . For those whom had this experience, please let me know what I should expect and how to pick a good endodontist. Thanks!

root canals are done by dentist in uk and we have max price so for dentures its 500.00 on nhs for root canal its 165.00 my 9 year old had one done on her milk tooth and it fell out 4 weeks later.

Expect it to take 2 visits and it is a pricey procedure. After your root canal is finished, then you will need a crown for that tooth.. also expensive. I've seen root canals priced anywhere from $550 to just over $1200 and that doesn't include the crown. The cost on the crown will depend on what type of material you select for the crown.



To find a good endodontist in your area ask some of your friends or family who live in your area, as they are likely to have had one done. Shop around for price and a dental school is always an option too.
