My 20 year old is still in diapers. I keep telling him. "Use the potty like a big boy" and he says "NO! I not inviting u to my birthday party!" We've been seeing a counselor for 12 years now. Hes acting so immature. I any get him to pass elementary school. Right now he has the intelligence of a 1st grader. Help me moms, I need your advice

Has he been diagnosed with anything, like Autism or any other intellectual disabilities? What does the counselor say? Might be time for a new counselor.
