You have to have to HAVE TO do something for yourself. Alone. No husband, no kids, just you and what makes you happy. Even it it's just a couple hours a month, you'll feel the difference. Just because you're a mom now doesn't mean your needs, desires, aspirations, and dreams disolved. You can't take care of others unless you have first taken care of yourself first.

make sure you have you time,,,,,and like Sabrina and Leslie,,,,,laugh and enjoy them,,, this age is so precious,,, i was the perfectionist ,,,wanting everything the way i wanted it and i wasn't happy and wasn't enjoying my toddlers,,, then i decided a couple of weeks ago ,,you know what Tanya the washing will still be there,,, the mess will still be there enjoy ur babies while you can !!!!!,,,, and you know what i am the happiest i have been for a while they are beautiful at this age but it doesn't last so plz enjoy them and laugh at them and with them!!!!

I agree with Sabrena. Pick your battles. Don't let the little ones defeat you. Oh and make sure you still get your you time!
