My daughter is 2 1/2 and in size 6 diapers (and will soon be out of them)... I don't really know what my next step is. I know some places carry size 7's I just really don't want to spend that much money on a package that only has like 20 diapers.
Anna Leigh is a very smart little girl she is just scared of the potty. We have one of the little kid potty's. Some times she is awesome and will go sit down and go and other times you would think I was trying to have her sit on hot embers...

I would love any advice. Thank you!!

My daughter was very much the same way. The neighbors probably thought I was torturing her by how loud she would scream, lol. She is completely potty trained now and wants to go potty every five minutes. It took me a lot of convincing to get her on the potty. She like to sit on her little potty if I gave her a book or something. She was a big fan of looking at magazines. We would sit and read and sing songs and sometimes be in there for like a half an hour. Sometimes she would go potty and sometimes she wouldnt but just getting her used to sitting in there without being scared helped out a lot. Also my daughter is obsessed with stickers and thinks they are the most wonderful thing in the world so at first I would give her a sticker just for sitting on the potty when she got up. Then I started just giving them to her after she used the potty and eventually just started giving them to her when she pooped on the potty. She is pretty much completely potty trained now. She still wears a pull-up to bed and to nap time but is doing pretty good at staying dry all night. It was a looong hard obstacle but you will get through it eventually and then you wont be able to keep her out of the bathroom, lol. Good luck! I hope you figure out something that works for you and your daughter! :)
